Bonus Expressed as percentage of paid premium. For example, if an
agent produces $100,000 of paid premium with "Core" carriers, Diversified
Insurance Brokers, Inc. will pay an extra bonus of $10,000 in commissions.
Our Bonus Schedule for
you, our Top Producer, is simple, straight-forward and very
rewarding.
This isn't a contract
requiring your signature and there's nothing to sign or acknowledge.
This program is
in-force retroactively to the beginning of this contract year.
As a benefit to you,
we will be paying the bonus.
Limitations:

Bonus based on Basic
Broker Commission Levels only. Current "General Agent" contracts are not
eligible for this bonus. |

Premiums paid for
business written through any of our Health, LTC, or Annuity Carriers
cannot be counted in the bonusable premium. |
|
Bonus will be paid
once you have placed 5 cases with our core carriers and submit copies of
paid commissions. |
|
All applications
must be submitted and paid in the year 2005. |
Diversified Insurance Brokers,
Inc. reserves the right to change or alter this bonus schedule at the
beginning of each new year, and add insurers to the "other limitations"
section without notice.
