Typically International medical insurance covers a wide array of expenses for the
international traveler. This coverage can span from 15
days up to two years.
The benefits may include a choice of deductibles ranging from $250 to
$2,500, out of pocket maximum of $1,000, medical expenses, inpatient and
outpatient expenses, emergency reunion and evacuation, ambulance,
intensive care, accidental death and dismemberment and repatriation

Coverage for US citizens traveling abroad from 15 days to one year. If you are traveling for six months or more, review the ExPatriot PlusŪ plan for additional coverage options. Once the Period of Coverage expires, Patriot InternationalSM can be rewritten but is not renewable. This means new Deductible, Coinsurance, Eligibility, Conditions of Coverage
and Pre-existing Condition Exclusions apply to any subsequent Period of Insurance.

For non-US citizens

Provides coverage for non-US citizens traveling
outside their country of citizenship for a minimum of 15 days up to a
maximum of one year. Although the Patriot America plan is not renewable,
it can be rewritten for succeeding or subsequent coverage periods. New
Deductible, Coinsurance, Eligibility, Conditions of Coverage and
Pre-Existing Condition Exclusions apply to any succeeding or subsequent
Period of Coverage. A new application also must be completed. If you or
other family members applying for coverage are age 65 or older, please
see the Eligibility section of the Patriot brochure for additional
information.
If you are traveling for six (6) months or more, please review the
ExPatriot PlusŪ plan, which offers a 10% discount on rates and is
renewable.

For anyone traveling outside their own country

Provides coverage for US citizens
AND non-US citizens traveling outside their country of citizenship for a
minimum of six months up to a maximum of two years. ExPatriot Plus must be
purchased for a minimum initial period of six months, and is renewable for
a total of two years by those traveling outside the US. For non-US
citizens traveling within the US, ExPatriot Plus may be renewed for up to
one year of total coverage. A new Deductible and Coinsurance will apply
for each Period of Coverage.

If you are a U.S. citizen, employed by a company with a location in the United
States, are covered by an individual or group medical plan while in the United States and
travel outside of the United States frequently throughout the year, you and your Spouse
and Children are eligible for coverage under Patriot Executivesm, while
traveling outside of the United States. All you have to do is complete the linked
